An Addition to Your Wellness Toolbox

I invite you all to discover health and wellness in a way you’ve never experienced before. Week after week, I found myself getting stuck in negative spirals, but that all started to change once I started to reframe the way I thought. I would say to myself whatever happened that caused me anxiety, then I would say something positive, and the last thing I would say is “and so I lived.” On my blog, feel free to post about anything and I encourage everyone to try to use this tactic and spread the words, “and so I lived.” So feel free to post your own story and write the one that you want to live out!
